Why Become A Member of Congregation Agudath Sholom?

Our growing Congregation welcomes new members and encourages current members to maintain their membership in good standing. In the words of a Jewish proverb, we seek not to lighten our burdens but to broaden our shoulders. Together we strengthen each other and expand our impact on our community, the Jewish people and the world.

While our daily and Shabbat services are open to all, membership in our Congregation offers benefits.

Our synagogue offers an extensive range of services, classes, and programs enriching the lives and inspiring families of all ages.

Dues are an important part of our budget, accounting for over half our annual revenue. We are grateful for those members who support our Congregation and work hard to recognize their support in many ways throughout the year.

Please note: Our Bylaws state that to maintain your Membership in Good Standing, you must pay your annual dues by December 31 of each calendar year. We welcome all families as members regardless of financial ability. If you would like to discuss a financial arrangement to maintain your Membership in Good Standing, please contact our Director of Operations, Matt Feinberg.
